Clients reviews about R-Hero

I am visiting from out of province and was assisting my sister arrange an early morning pickup for a medical procedure. We had been advised to download the app which we did. We were having difficulty ordering our ride within the app and called in for assistance. The woman who answered, Tara, went well beyond our expectations helping us work our way through the app and arranging our early morning ride. Very much appreciated! ~ Carmen a

R-Hero is hands down the best ride-sharing service I’ve ever used! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely flawless. The app is super easy to use, and I was able to book a ride within minutes. The driver arrived on time, and the car was spotless and comfortable. What really impressed me was the driver’s professionalism and kindness. They were courteous, made great conversation, and even asked if I had a preferred route. It’s rare to find a service where you feel this cared for! The ride itself was smooth, and the driver took the fastest route to my destination. I also loved the little touches like the complimentary phone charger and bottled water—it really made me feel like a valued customer. Another big plus is how transparent the pricing is. There were no surprises or hidden fees, just a straightforward and fair fare for the excellent service I received. I can confidently say R-Hero has set a new standard for ride-sharing. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to all my friends and family. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality service, R-Hero is it! ~ Jasmine

I use R-Hero for my rides to and from work about three times a week, and honestly, they’ve been great! Their prices are way cheaper than Uber or Lyft, which really helps with daily commuting costs. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for a driver to arrive since they’re still a newer service, but it’s totally worth the wait. Plus, I love their Free Friday promo — such a cool bonus! Definitely recommend giving them a try ~ Tara M
